Where All Do We Deliver?

We can deliver to any and all postal addresses in India. Because courier firms can not deliver to P.O.Box addresses, we ask that you provide your complete street address, including your pin code or zip code.

Our courier partners are Delhivery , Shiprocket , Ecom.

Shipment and Tracking Details

As soon as the products are handed over to the Courier, we will send you an email detailing the dispatch of your order. The tracking number and website information for the courier company, as well as the expected delivery date, will be included in these alert emails.

Please keep an eye on the order delivery email that is sent from our end after the item is delivered. The email gets triggered as soon as we have the update from our courier partners.

Address Change Requests

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may Email us ([email protected]) your alteration request and the needful will be done.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not Deepanjali Fashion. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Billing Address and Shipping Address

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
