Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered.
- A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Video Requirement
To process any return request, customers must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package immediately after delivery. The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The entire unboxing process.
- The product received and its condition.
Without this unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Exchange
We offer size exchange only, subject to stock availability.
Conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers may be responsible for shipping charges for size exchanges unless otherwise communicated.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer (size exchange only).
- Products without the mandatory unboxing video.
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged products caused after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the order.
